Fun, but having problems

Ive been playing for a few days now. Ive enjoyed it, other than the fact that all Ive pretty much done is get facial treatments.... That does get boring... Anyway, my problem is that for some reason everytime I try to look at eye shadow the game crashes on me, and now its doing the same thing when I try to look at the blush. So, I can no longer change me eye make up or my blush... The other kinda annoying thing is that if I want to put an outfit together I have to dig through every single store to find the clothes Ive already bought. Another stange thing, in the pictures yall show of the game, there are clothes that do not exist in the game... A little weird. If these problems can be fixed I would really enjoy the game a whole lot more though. :)
